Son of John Peter Frey and Catherine Hirschiner. Husband of Susanna Junkins.

Last Will of Jacob Fry:
I, Jacob Fry of Wheatfield Township of Indiana County and State of Pennsylvania being sick and weak in body but of sound mind, memory, and understanding, praise be to God for it - and considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof - and to the end I may be the better prepared to leave this world whence it shall please God to call me home - do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say first and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping for full pardon and remission of all my sisn and to enjoy everlasting happiness in the heavenly Kingdom through Jesus Christ my Saviour - my body I commit to the Earth at the discretion of my executors herein after named. To Susanah my beloved wife I will and bequeath all my property both real and personal during her natural life except three acres and one fourth of land which I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Catherine Lawson where she now lives to hold the same forever to be laid off at right angles with the lines of Carrens Patterson's and William Towney's lands. And to my beloved daughter Nancy I will and bequeath one good bead and one cow - at my decease - and my will is that my daughter Susanah intermarried with Elipplet Hill shall occupy the house or tenament on the presmises known by the name of Eliphalet Hills house during the life of his mother together with the lot attached. And I hereby revoke all former wills whatever by me made at anytime and order and appoint my two sons John and Hugh Fry to settle and arrange my estate - and at the death of my beloved wife I will and bequeath an equal divide of all my estate both real and personal to each of my children and now having ordered an appointed my two sons John and Hugh Fry my soul executors in witness whereof I Jacob Fry the Testator have to this my will consisting of one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of March AD one thousand and eight hundred and fifty five in presence of
