Charlene Collins Noe, age 77 of Rutledge, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 29, 2018. She was a member of Raven Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Gene Collins of Thorn Hill, and her parents Rel and Noami (Lephew) Epperson of Tazewell.
She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Glenn H. Noe of Rutledge; son Greg (Carol) Collins of Thorn Hill; granddaughter Keshia (Andy) Pierce and great-grandson Raylan, of Rutledge; step-children Vicky (Duane) Harrell of Rutledge; and Allen (Donna) Noe of Morristown; step-grandchildren Dustin and Jorden Harrell, and Blake and Brayden Noe; sisters Christine (C.T.) Wolfe of Bean Station; and Rita Miracle-Southern of New Tazewell; brother Shade (Judy) Epperson of Tazewell; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home in Rutledge.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home, with Rev. Jerry Epperson, and Rev. Scott Greene officiating. Interment will follow at Raven Hill Cemetery in Claiborne County, TN.
Pall bearers are Charlie McAnally, Hank Rasnic, Larry Browning, Duane Harrell, Dustin Harrell, and Blake Noe.
