Everett E. Miller
Elmwood - Everett E. Miller, 78, of Elmwood, passed away at 12:50 am, Thursday, July 05, 2018 at Unity Point Health Methodist in Peoria. He was born on September 18, 1939 in La Center, KY, to Clifton and Thelma (Brack) Miller. He married Mary Jo Kinsey on May 9, 1961. She survives along with four children Jeff Miller of Brimfield, Tracy (Jeff) Bennett of St. Joseph, Kimberly (Frank) Zombro of Edwards, and Leah (Brad) Moushon of Elmwood.
Everett was a supervisor at Caterpillar Inc. for 42 years, retiring in 1999. He was obsessed with playing basketball, hunting, cutting firewood, and running his sawmill.
A private burial will take place at Brunswick Cemetery in rural Trivoli. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.

Personal Note: Everett is a retiree from Caterpillar Tractor Company in Peoria, IL and was a heat treat engineer supervisor. He lived in rural Elmwood, IL since the 1960's . Hobbies include hunting and collecting. He loved guns and tractors and his farm. He was also a wood mizer and cut down trees for the wood which he stored and sold from his Brimfield storage buildings. He and his wife Mary Jo "Kinsey" Miller had four children and were married for almost 60 years.
