May 16, 1999 - July 18, 2018 Delaney Gabbard was born May 16, 1999 in Madison County and departed this life Wednesday, July 16, 2018 in Somerset, being 19 years of age. He was the son of Ricky Gabbard of Sand Gap and Tammy Adkins Lunsford of McKee.
In addition to his parents, Delaney is also survived by his girlfriend, Katilyn Pearson; daughter, Layla Gabbard both of Somerset; siblings, Ricky Lee Gabbard, Tyler Lunsford and Keisha Gabbard all of Sand Gap. Other survivors include his step father, Scott Lunsford; grandmother, Vadis Adkins of McKee; and step grandparents, Leroy & Edith Lunsford.
Delaney was preceded in death by grandparents, Ronald PeeWee Adkins, Elgar Gabbard, Dorothy Gabbard and Jesse Mays.
