She was born in Oshkosh on December 16, 1915 the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Nigl Miller. Rita was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Oshkosh. She was a homemaker and seamstress.
Survivors include one son, one daughter, two brothers, Norbert Miller, Oshkosh, Ted (Jeanette) Miller, Oshkosh, four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Rita is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was proceded (sic) in death by one son Gerald Beck, five brothers; Joe, Vince, George, Eugene, and Gabe Miller, two sisters; Marie Goldammer, and Sr. Gabriella Caroline Miller.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sunday December 8, at 6:00PM (Today) in St. Vincent's Catholic Church with the Rev. Father William Van De Kreeke officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church on Sunday Afternoon from 5:00pm until the hour of Mass. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund in Rita's name has been established.
