BUNDYVILLE MAN FOUND DEAD IN BED

Alonzo Burchun, Employed at Columbia Mill, Had Been In Ill Health Lately.

FULTON. Sept. 13.—Alonzo J. Burchim, aged 65, was found dead in bed this morning at his home in Bundyville, 5 miles north of Fulton.

Thinking that her husband was oversleeping, Mrs. Burchim went to call him in time for him to go to work and when he failed to respond she noticed that he was dead.

Mr. Burchim was very well and favorably known in this vicinity and for many years had been employed at the Columbia Mills in Minetto. He had been out of work for several months on account of illness but had returned to the mill a few weeks ago to resume his duties. He worked at the mill yesterday as usual. The cause of his death is attributed to a complication of diseases. Many friends will learn with regret of his death.

The deceased is survived by his wife Nellie, a daughter, Mrs. Bert Thornber, a son Floyd of Minetto; a sister, Mrs. George Eckerd of Oswego and five grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at the home Friday afternoon at 2:30 and at the Methodist Protestant church of Bundyville at 3. Rev. Charles T. Holcomb, pastor of the Community church of Minetto will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Bundyville.
