Jackie Wayne Whitley, age 64, of Nicholls passed away suddenly at his residence on Monday June 25, 2018. He was born in Coffee County on September 18, 1953 to the late William Theodore Whitley and Annie Lee Anderson Whitley. Two brothers, Junior and Sidney Whitley and a sister, Carolyn Gilliard preceded him in death.

Survivors include four children, Brant Whitley, Shon Whitley, Ryan Chase Whitley and Kelsey Medders all of Alma, 6 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and close friends, Randy Smith and “Little” Bobby Bagley of Alma.

Funeral service will be held Friday, June 29that 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating. Interment will follow in Meeks Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Thursday evening between 6 to 9 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Bobby Bagley, Keegan Tanner, Randy Smith, Glenn and Gary Newberry and Nathan Carter.
