In 1997, Mr. Moore retired from Entergy Corp after thirty years' service. He was an avid fan of the Razorbacks, as well as other sports, and loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and golfing. He was a member of Balboa Baptist Church in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Billy, Jr., and four infant sisters, Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter, two stepchildren, one brother, a sister and her husband, nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 24, 2007, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills, 10200 Highway 5N (501-455-1067) with Reverend Kenny Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 23, at the funeral home.
