AZCM (AW) Jerry D. Fudge retired from the Navy Mar 8, 1991 at Naval Air Station, Lemoore Calif.
Jerry attained the rank of E-9 while in the Navy. During part of his his service he was stationed at NAS Lemoore, CA, NAS Whidbey, Island, WA, Patuexect River, MD and NAS North Island, CA.
Jerry met and married Janice "Jan" while he was stationed in the Navy in Hanford California. One son was born to Jerry and Janice, Thomas Edward Fudge.
Jerry graduated from Licking High School, Licking, MO in 1964.
Jerry passed away in a hospital in Mission, Texas after a sudden illness.
Preceding him in death was has wife Janice, his parents Thomas L. and Eula N. Fudge and brother Thomas Ray "Tommy" Fudge.
