Services for Mrs. Nell Jaggers, 71, of 1929 17th St., are to be conducted by Rev. Max Sidders at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brock Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
Mrs. Jaggers died Saturday at home.
She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and its Philathea Sunday School Class.
Surviving are her husband, Jones T. Jaggers; three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Howard of Eden Park, Mrs. Joneva Smith of Grayson, Ky., and Mrs. Peggy McHenry of Chillicothe; five sisters, Mrs. Flossie Logsdon, Mrs. Ruby Stice and Mrs. Mildred Stice, all of Brownsville, Ky., Mrs. Vida Jones of Morgantown, Ky. and Mrs. Nadine James of Bowling Green, Ky.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
