Cecilia Ruiz Moreno, 69, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Sunday, Feb. 12 2006 in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10 am Friday at All Saints Catholic Church. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park, Rosary: 7 pm Thursday in Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel. Cecilia was born Oct. 31, 1936 in Fort Worth to Leopoldo and Julia Garcia. She was a retired registered nurse and a lifelong caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, three brothers, daughter, Carolyn Ruiz, and her children's father, David R. Ruiz. Survivors: Husband Leo Moreno, children, Katherine Hebert and husband, Mike, Rosemarie Valdez, David M. Ruiz and wife, Lisa, John Ruiz and wife, Maria, Elizabeth Palafox and husband, Joe, Julia Richardson and husband, Larry, and Jonathan Ruiz; 15 grandchildren 8 step granchildren, three great-grandchildren, brother, Eulaio Garcia and sisters Teresa Garcia and Vicenta Zamaripa.
