Webb Bridges was born September 22, 1926 in Jefferson Davis County, MS to Frank Bridges and Anna Fortenberry Bridges. He was in the U. S. Army and he worked as a millwright in the steel industry. He was a member of the Prentiss Masonic Lodge and Whitesand Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his wife, Hilda Mae Douglas Bridges; one son, Jimmy Ray Bridges; one daughter, Judy Cliburn; one granddaughter, Marilyn Banks and one grandson, Yancy Cliburn.
Mr. Brinson is survived by; his son, Joe Don (Tommye) Bridges of Pearl; three daughters, Joan (James) Self of Pearl, Janet Benton of Prentiss and Jennifer Banks of New Hebron; nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; one brother, Mike Bridges of Prentiss and one sister, Evelyn Whitehead of New Hebron.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at the Saulters Funeral Home.
