Alicemae Wilson
Alicemae Wilson, 68, of Hamilton, Ill., died at 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000, at her home.
Born Oct. 5, 1932, in Dallas City, Ill., she was the daughter of Nathan and Olive Admire Brown. In 1950, she married Robert W. Wilson in Dallas City. He died Aug. 7, 1997.
Mrs. Wilson was active in the Hamilton PTO and was a member of the Coffee Club and Bel Air Baptist Church in Keokuk. She loved to cook and take care of her family.
Survivors include three daughters, Deborah Khalid of Palatka, Fla., Gloria Scheevers of Whitesburg, Ga., and Melissa Frazier of Humble, Texas; one son, Robert A. Wilson of Hamilton; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Noland of San Diego.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
There will be no visitation.
The graveside funeral for Mrs. Wilson will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Harris Cemetery near Dallas City, with the Rev. Larry Van Grundy officiating.
A memorial has been established for Blessing Hospice of Hancock County, Ill.
Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City is in charge of arrangements.
