Mr Neely died Friday at Methodist Hospital, Rochester, Minn.

He was employed at John Deere Harvester Works as a painter.

Mr. Neely was born in Stahl, Mo. He married Pearl J. True in 1933 in Kirksville, Mo. She died in 1976.

Survivors include sons, Herbert, Geneseo, and Wilbert, Colona; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Mildred Casey and Mrs. Charles Bell, both of Novinger, Mo., and Mrs. Genevieve Schoonover, Mrs. Richard Baker and Mrs. Earl Shappard, all of East Moline, and Mrs. Robert Dolan, of Silvis, and brothers, Alvin, Stahl, Mo. and Norman, Silvis.
