Mrs. Eliza Morris.
The above-named lady, widow of the late Nat M. Morris, died Sunday night. She was born in Maryland, October 31, 1836, her maiden name being Eliza Powell. She was married in 1853 to Thomas Smith, now deceased, and bore him six children, but two of whom survive.
Mrs. Smith, in 1903, married Nat M. Morris who died last year. Her health was then poor and she failed rapidly after the death of her husband. Funeral services for the de ceased were held at the home of Mrs. Alice Smith, where she died, at 10 a m. yesterday, conducted by Dr. T. H. B. Anderson. She had been member of the Methodist church since 1854.

Death.
Mrs. Eliza Morris, widow of the late Nat M. Morris, died Sunday night at her home in the north part of town. Deceased was born in Maryland Oct. 31st, 1836. She was married in 1863 to Thomas Smith, now deceased and to them was born six children two of whom survive. Her maiden name was Eliza Powell. In 1903 she was married to Nat M. Morris, who died last year. She was a christian woman, having been a member of the Methodist church since 1854. For the past year Mrs. Morris has lived at her home, just north of J. J. Bragg's residence, while Mr. and Mrs. Lew Hale occupied part of the house. Funeral services were held at her home Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Dr. T. H. B. Anderson.
