Frank first married to Nancy Phillips (1802-1842) in c1829 at presumably Davidson County, North Carolina, though a marriage record can't be located. Frank and Nancy were the parents of five known children, namely:

3. Wesley Andrew Byerly (1834-1929)
4. Frances "Fannie" Edith byerly Walser (1836-1907)
5. John Francis Byerly (1839-1911)
After Nancy died, Frank remarried to Sarah A. Bailey (1820-1851) in c1844 at presumably Davidson County, North Carolina, though a marriage record for them can't be located. Frank and Sarah were the parents of three known children, namely:
6. George Lindsay Byerly (1845-1924)
7. Ephraim Byerly (1847-1936)
8. Mary L. Byerly (1849-a1860)
After Sarah died, Frank remarried to Catherine Elizabeth Goss (1805-c1880) in c1852 at presumably Davidson County, North Carolina, though a marriage record can't be located. Frank and Catherine were the parents of one known child, namely:
9. Nancy ________ Byerly (1858-???)

In 1851/2 she became the 3rd wife of Francis Byerly b. 12 Aug. 1806--d. 11 Aug. 1895, the son of Peter Byerly who was age 72 in the 1850 census. Francis Byerly had previously m. Nancy Phillips b. 4 Aug. 1802--d. 20 June 1842 and then, Sarah E. Bailey b. 4 Jan. 1820--d. 25 Aug. 1851. Francis and his wives are buried in the Good Hope Methodist Church Cem., in Davidson Co., N.C.
