WILLIAM Y. BILLINGS , 101, of Memphis, retired clerk from Frisco Railroad, died Tuesday at Kirby Pines Manor. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Memorial Park. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He was a deacon at Temple Baptist Church, member and past master of Park Avenue Masonic Lodge F&AM 362, member of Royal Arch Masons, Park Avenue Council, Al Chymia Shrine and Knight Templar, past patron of Mizpah-Park Avenue Order of the Eastern Star and Railway Clerks. Mr. Billings , the widower of Fay Barbee Billings , leaves four sisters, Nancy Williamson of Southaven, Helen Feltz and Pearl Long, both of Memphis, and Mamie Stewart of Rio Rancho, N.M. The family requests that memorials be sent to Temple Baptist Church, Crossroads Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
