EVA BILLINGS VACCARO, 83, of Memphis, homemaker, died of kidney disease Monday at Methodist Hospital North. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Calvary. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a communicant at St. James Catholic Church, where she was president of Senior Citizens for 20 years. Mrs. Vaccaro, the widow of John L. Vaccaro, leaves a daughter, Amelia Steepleton of Memphis; three sons, Fred Vaccaro of Memphis, John L. Vaccaro of Bunkie, La., and Charles Vaccaro of Atoka, Tenn.; four sisters, Helen Feltz and Pearl Long, both of Memphis, Jane Williamson of Hernando, Miss., and Mamie Stewart of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother, Bill Billings of Memphis, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
