Daughter of John M and Katarzyna Kryszinska Gyzynski, wife of Robert Horner, she was 80, married and living at 1630 N Hermitage Ave Chicago when she died. Corrine Sterpati was informant on the death certificate.
Her baptismal certificate was found at St Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, Chicago, baptised 8 Feb 1887. Godparents were Francis Krysinski and Anna Ziotkowska. Agnes and Robert were married in Chicago on 19 May 1909.
