Archer Hull Bryant was born Dec 23, 1876, one of 10 children born to Frank & Catherine Bryant. On July 6, 1898, he was married to Belle Kiddoo, who died in 1920 (actually 1919). On Oct 26, 1921, he was then married to the former Bonna Fender, and to this union one son, Harold Eugene Bryant, was born.
Mr. Bryant lived his entire life in and around Joy and spent the greater part of his career on the farm, but also was associated with the Murphy Products company for 22 years.
He was a member of the Methodist church, the Methodist Mens club and was also a member of the church's official board at the time of his death. He also held many other offices in the church.
Surviving are the widow, one son, Harold of Joy, and a stepson, Maynard Fender of Santa Barbara, Calif, and one grandchild Celesta Joy Bryant.
