Lanny L. Angell, 71, of Pound, WI passed away peacefully with family by his side on Thursday, February 22, 2018. He was born to the late Forest and Pearl (Offner) Angell December 16, 1946 in Catawba, WI.

He married the former Patty Staerkel August 28, 1988 at the Chapel In The Woods.

Lanny enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Coleman.

Surviving are his wife Patty; 5 children: Tracy (Ayesha), Lonny (Stacey), Forrest, Logan, Sadie (Jason); 9 grandchildren;
3 brothers: Bill “Butch” (Juanita), Danny (Nancy), Jim
4 sisters: Helen “Toots” (Roy) Zeh, Judy (Roger) Bradley, Karen, Pam (Terry) Zielinski and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lanny was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, George, Robert “Bob,” Donny, Chuck and 2 sisters, Elizabeth “Bunny” Fahrenkrug and Mary Lou “Sis” Blanchette.

The family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday, February 28th at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Coleman from 9 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11 A.M. with Rev. Gregory Stahlecker officiating. Lanny will be placed to rest at the Town of Brazeau Cemetery.
