Mrs. Archie Bell Cave Groce, 91, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Yadkin Nursing Center.
Mrs. Groce was born May 1, 1924 in Surry County to Crawley and Pheba Brindle Cave.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Groce was preceded in death by her husband, Arvil Groce; a son, Bobby Lee Groce; one sister, Ruby Finney; and five brothers Clyde, Marvin, Rufus, J.E., and Ed Cave.
She is survived by one son, Franklin (Linda) Groce; one daughter-in-law, Marie Groce; one brother, Junior Cave; two sisters, Violet Jester and Pansy (Leroy) Speer.
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 11:00AM at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville. Burial will follow at Swaims Baptist Church cemetery.
