Mrs. Amelia Burritt Priest, in her 79th year, died at home, 427 North Cayuga Street.
She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Lucinda Burritt and the wife of the late George E. Priest, former editor and proprietor of The Ithaca Journal.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edward E. Ingalls and Mrs. Victor M. Delano of Ithaca and Mrs. Harold E. Johnston of Troy.
Private funeral services will be held in her home. Interment will be in the Lake View Cemetery Mausoleum.
