Amanda C. Cook, 79, of Clintonville, WV and a former resident of Cyclone, WV was the daughter of the late Charles and May Perry Brown. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy R. Cook; daughter Deana May Cook; brothers,Wannie Lee, Charles Ronnie and Percy Dwayne; sisters, Vivian Gay McGuire, Bernice Thompson and Linda Overton. Crick’s life was devoted to her family, church and community. She was well known as the lady who wore the pants as she babied and spoiled us all with her fine cooking. She worked hard her entire life; she was employed when she was younger by Wrigley’s chewing gum, the US Postal Service and Fort Savannah Inn. Survivors are a son, Charles (Tony) Cook; and a step son, Roger Cook.
