HARTSELLE -- Funeral for Ester Robinson, 89, of Hartselle will be today at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donald Dugger officiating.
Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Robinson died Saturday, Aug. 21, 1999, at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation in Decatur.
She was born Feb. 5, 1910, in Limestone County to John E. and Missouri Reed Robinson.
She was a member of Rural Grove Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Frances Clemons Parker of Hartselle; two brothers, Lee Robinson of Tennessee and Mitchell Robinson of Priceville; one sister, Dona Johnson of Hartselle; two granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Larry Hannah, Ray Stephenson, Edward Robinson, Allen Denson, Bobby Wayne Denson and David Wayne Denson.
