Barbara A. (Showers) Landis, of Lititz, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Lancashire Hall in Lancaster, PA. Born in Brickerville, PA on April 14, 1943, Barbara was a daughter of the late Leroy B. and Mary E. (Brumbach) Showers and loving wife of the late Larry A. Landis, who passed away March 12, 2010.
Barbara was a lifetime resident of the Brickerville area. She was a member of Speedwell Heights Brethren In Christ Church and a Life Member of the Brickerville Fire Company Auxiliary.
Barbara worked at Woodstream Corp. in Lititz, PA for 15 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Sue Weiler; a granddaughter, Brie Weiler, both of Lititz, PA; two half-sisters: Doris A. McNally of Ephrata, PA and Deborah A. Trout (Fred) of Stevens, PA; and two half-brothers: Larry L. Hehnly of Stevens, PA and Ronald E. Hehnly of Lititz, PA; and sister-in-law Marge Hehnly of Robesonia, PA.
In addition to her husband and parents, Barbara was preceded in death by one brother, Rodney L. Hehnly and son-in-law, Paul E. Weiler.
Friends will be received at Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, Inc., 100 W. Main St., Ephrata, PA on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 9-10 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Pastor Adam Forry officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Brickerville, PA.
