Lando Alford, 77, died in a Visalia hospital this morning.
He was a native of Iowa, but had resided in this vicinity for 50 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Julia Poe of Fresno and Mrs. Sarah Knight of Dinuba; two brothers, William Alford of Woodlake and George Alford of Visalia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 o'clock Saturday morning and interment will follow in the Tulare cemetery. A.E. Brooks is in charge of arrangements.
