Vivian Irene Blankenship, 80, of Tiffin, died at 5:55 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born Dec. 20, 1937, in Tiffin, to the late Glenn and Dolly (Sargent) Baugher. She married William Marshal Blankenship July 2, 1955, in Tiffin, and he preceded her in death May 12, 1996.

She is survived by two daughters, Valerie Ann Blankenship (John) Hohman of Tiffin and Vickie Blankenship (Steve) Meske of Canton, Georgia; a son, Dennis Lee (Sharon) Blankenship of Twin Lake, Michigan; five grandchildren, Andrew, Nicole, Tyler, Josh and Mariah; and one great-grandchild, Cole.

She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Gene Baugher; and two sisters, Betty Apps and Eunice Philips.

Mrs. Blankenship graduated from Columbian High School in 1957, and attended Cosmetology Academy of Tiffin. She retired after 20 years as a department head for Tiffin City Schools.

Private graveside services will be at Greenlawn Cemetery
