He was born May 7, 1929, in Tiffin, to the late Glenn and Dollie (Sargent Seislove) Baugher. On Oct. 1, 1950, in Tiffin, he married Marjorie Crouse, and she survives.
Also surviving are: a son, Brian (Tammy) Baugher of San Mateo, Calif.; two daughters, Kathy (Robert) Torvick of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Lorene Baugher of Fostoria; and a half-sister, Vivian Blankenship of Tiffin. He was preceded in death by a son, Glenn Baugher; two sisters, Betty Apps and Eunice Phillips; and a brother, Eugene Baugher.
Mr. Baugher retired in 1988 as a machine operator at Allied Signal, Fostoria. He also owned and operated Dick's Sohio and Westgate Texaco Service Stations. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, the Fostoria Eagles 981 and was formerly active in the local Masonic bodies. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.
The Rev. David Culp will officiate a private family graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
