Emma Trojahn was born in O'Brien County Dec 26, 1897 and died Jan 11, 1915 at her home. She was recently taken sick with LaGrippe and this was followed by Rheumatism and St Vitas' Dance. She is survived by her parents, three brothers and four sisters, but only three of the brothers ans a sister were at home at the time of her death. The deceased was a sister of Mrs. Hoeppner who died some six weeks(sic) ago and so companionable were they that they were more like twin sisters.
The services for Miss Trojahn were held at the Methodist Church this afternoon (Thursday) at 2:00 o'clock conducted by the pastor, Rev C.A. Richards. The sympathy of the entire community goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Trojahn and the brothers and sisters in this their double sorrow this year.
