Prudence married Capt. Nathaniel Manning in 1730. Source: U.S. and International Marriage Records, and was his first wife.
They had one child: Lt. James Manning 1730-1797, m. Mary Ford 1730-1786. He was a Revolutionary War veteran. James served as 1st Lieut. in Capt. Bonny's Co. of NJ State Troops, Middlesex County. His son, was Phineas Manning 1754-1809 , who also served in Rev. War.


Prudence died at the young age of 20 years..
This cemetery was once known as the Old Piscataway Baptist Church, or Saint James Episcopal Church Cemetery.
