Adelia Ann Lee, 80, of Signal Mountain, died Monday, January 15, 2018 at her home.
Mrs. Lee was a lifelong resident of Signal Mountain and was retired from Alexian Village serving as their Move in Coordinator. She was the wife of the late John Monroe Lee, Jr. and was also preceded in death by her parents, William Cyrus and Analee Smith, Sr. She was a member of Signal Crest United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for 37 years.
She is survived by two sons, John (Kaylene) Lee, Scott (Mary M.) Lee, both of Signal Mountain; daughter, Stacy C. (Derek T. Chisholm) Lee, Gretna, LA; two brothers, William Cyrus Smith, Jr., Charlie Smith, both of Signal Mountain; three grandchildren, Jacqui O’Shea, Signal Mountain; Asa Lee, Wildwood, GA; Cyrus Lee, Signal Mountain; two great grandchildren, Rider Volpe and Owsley Volpe, both of Signal Mountain; several nieces & nephews.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Friday, January 19, 2018 in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be at Signal Crest United Methodist Church at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
