Born in Lyndonville, Jan. 5, 1903, she was the daughter of Albert E. and Agnes (Hinds) Ruggles. She was a graduate of Lyndon Institute, Lyndon Center and Bryant Stratton Commercial School in Providence, RI.
On Oct. 15, 1924, she was married to Mr. George and had spent most of her married life in Brattleboro.
Mrs. George was a past worthy matron of Bingham Chapter, OES.
She leaves her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Joseph H. Good and Mrs. E. Theodore Boulter, both of Brattleboro, and eight grandchildren. A brother, Maj. Gen. John F. Ruggles of Ft. Riley Kans. also survives.
