He was a Methodist, a member of the Laurel Hill Hunting Club, Centre County, and was thought to have been Howard's odlest resident. He was a graduate of Howard H.S. and had attended Bellefonte Academy and Penn State. He was a retired electrical engineer having worked for the Philadelphia Electric Co. He was born Jan 7, 1894 in Howard, the son of Shuman and Lyde M. MEESE PLETCHER. He married to the former Katherine HOLAHAN who died in 1967. He is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Burial Schenks Cemetery.
