She was 84 years, 11 months and 8 days old at the time of her death. Mrs. PLETCHER was born one mile east of Howard January 8, 1852 a daughter of George and Elizabeth WELLS MEASE, both now deceased, and when a young girl moved with her family to Milesburg on a canal boat. She was married, January 16, 1872 to H. Shuman PLETCHER, who died in 1927. She had been an active member of the Howard Methodist church for 72 years.
