The rites were held at the Ebenezer Baptist Church near Toomsboro and burial was in the church cemetery. The Rev. E. J. Bledsoe officiated.
According to records at the local station of the Highway Patrol, the driver of the automobile was Malcolm Ennis of Milledgeville. The accident occured when Ennis passed another car as the motor cycle was approaching from the opposite direction.
Mr. Minter was admitted to a local hospital about 8 p. m. and died at approximately 1 a. m. on Sunday.
Mr. Minter is survived by his mother, Mrs. J. T. Minter of Milledgeville; five brothers, Andrew Minter, Eugene Minter, Lewis Minter and John Minter, of Milledgeville, and Joseph Minter of Macon, four sisters, Mrs. Fluker Ethridge Jr. Toomsboro, Mrs. George Cauley, Millen; Mrs. George Grimsley and Mrs. Woodrow Pierce, both of Milledgeville.
