Peter Armon, aged 55 years, was found dead in bed Monday morning.
The deceased was born in the year 1858, and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Armon. He was married June 1, 1881 to Mrs. Minnie Marler, and to this union were born five children, two of which survive.
He leaves a step-daughter, Mrs. Lydia Bone, one sister, Mrs. Mary Elwood of Elvins, two half-sisters, Mrs. Julia Parks of Farmington and Mrs. Laura Forshee of St. Louis, and also a brother, James Armon of near Germany.
Mr. Armon, for several days prior to his death, had not been feeling well but had not been confined to his bed, but was dead when his daughter Minnie went to awaken him.
The remains were taken to Germany Cemetery where the funeral was held by Rev. F. Glore.
