Wanda Faye Clairday, age 86, of Jerusalem, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017. She was born January 4, 1931 in Jerusalem, Arkansas, a daughter of Marion B. Norwood and Etta Nance Norwood. She was the widow of Carl Clairday and worked as a processor at Tyson Food.
She is survived by her son, Danny (Paulette) Clairday of Dover; granddaughter, Michelle (Logan) Tindall of Morrilton; great grandchildren, Shelby and Noah Tindall of Morrilton; brothers, Mac (Eura Faye) Norwood, Boyd (Virginia) Norwood, and Kenneth (Mary) Norwood , all of Jerusalem; and sister-in-law, Luella (Kenneth) Kelly of Sherwood. Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by, an infant brother; brother and sister-in-law, Virgil (Opal) Norwood; and sister and brother-in-law, Bernice (Andy) Bowden.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 23, at Jerusalem Church of Christ with Scott Rodrick officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
