Billy “Bill” Dee Allgood, 68, of Ashland, died Nov. 25, 2017, at Ashland Care Center.
Bill was born on Jan. 18, 1949, in Peru, Nebraska, to Ernie and Wilma (Neal) Allgood. Bill attended school in Peru.
Bill worked construction and was a truck driver most of his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, time with the family, collecting knives, polishing his boots and his three dogs.
Bill married Gwen Fischer, and to this union they had two sons.
On June 23, 1989, Bill married the love of his life, Cindi Einspahr. With this union, he became an important part of her children’s lives.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wayne, Bud, Edward and Robert; and sisters, Jean, Arlene, Paulene and Alice.
Bill is survived by his wife, Cindi; sons, Tony (Pam) Wredt and Bob (Julie) Wredt; stepchildren, Robyn (Kelly) Kendall, Lane (Connie) Dancer and Matt (Vicky) Dancer; 15 grandchildren, Sasha (Alex) Farkes, Brandy Wredt, Wesley (Randee) Wredt, Danyea (Sam) Main, Tyler Wredt, Ashley (Jacob) Green, Alyssa (Eldon) Rowlett, Alexandrya (fiancée, Anthony Lamer) Kendall, Tristen Dancer, Kody (Megan) Dancer, Niki (Scott) Flanary Samantha Dancer, Cass (Evan) Stark, Kourtney (Chris) Summers and McKenzie Dancer; 24 great-grandchildren, with a new baby girl expected at Christmas; brothers, Lee (Charlene) Allgood and Gary (Sharon) Allgood; brother-in-law, David (Cindy) Einspahr; sister-in-law, Michelle (Jack) Blomstedt; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Sutherland Cemetery with Dale Fischer officiating. Cremation was chosen.
