Margretta Thompson, age 82, of Richmond, KY formerly of Middleburg passed away on Sunday November 26th, 2017 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. She was born in Yosemite, KY on August 14th, 1935 a daughter of the late Eunice and Maude Nichols Williams. Margretta was a Retired Teacher from Middleburg Elementary, she also taught at Indian Creek and Cox Elementary and was a member of Middleburg Baptist Church. Survivors include: Her Spouse, One Daughter, One Granddaughter and One Brother . Besides her parents she was preceded in death by One Sister: Rebecca Williams and Five Brothers: Creech, Hymon, Lester, Edward and Benny Williams. Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Wednesday November 29th, 2017 and after 8:00 A.M. Thursday November 30th, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday November 30th, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Keith Bowling officiating. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery.
