He is survived by sons: Richard Carr (Shellie) and Tim Carr (Deborah), both of Bushnell, FL; daughters: Melinda Behrens (Brian) of Sautee, GA and Kristy Carr (Daniel Nicholson) of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren: Victoria, Ella, Emily and Oliver; brothers: Ernest Carr of Parsons, WV and Roger Carr of Tucker County, WV.
