Sally Molina, age 79, a life-long resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with the Lord and many loved ones on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her sons, Leroy Molina and wife, Frances, Mark Molina and wife, Linda, Salomon Molina and wife, Carla and David Molina; daughter, Mary Maestas and husband, Dennis; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Isidro Salazar, Bill Salazar and wife, Rita, Leonard Salazar and wife, Teri, and Abelino Salazar and wife, Lavinia; sisters, Mary Salazar, Barbara Salazar and husband, David, and Anna Salazar and George; sisters-in-law, Domie Armijo and Sadie Salazar; brother-in-law, Jesus Ruiz; and numerous other relatives and friends. Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Elias (Lee) Molina; grandson, Tony Lee Molina; parents, Vidal and Barbara Salazar; sister, Dolores Armijo; and brother, Eloy Salazar.
She was born in 1938 in Albuquerque and married Lee Molina in 1958. Sally loved to crochet and was amazing with a crochet hook. She liked doing her seek and find word books. Sally was a long time member of Holy Family Parish. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Rosary will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. Holy Family Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery.
