Margaret and her husband Floyd were at home with their daughter Nancy, 22, around 10 pm when Nancy's estranged husband came in the front door and began shooting. By 1980, Richard was out of prison and married a 25-year-old security guard. He served less than 10 years for shooting three people dead in cold blood. He died in 1990, at the age of 49.
