Bill is survived by his loving wife of 55 years; Janet; their son, Tim (Anita) Severance; his grandchildren, Scott and Kaylin Severance; and his brother Frank Severance.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Edith Severance; brother, Don "Tuff" Severance sister Virginia Franke; and sister Kathryn Severance.
