Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Kalkaska, Mich.,Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to the church.

Mr. Severance was born April 13, 1942, in Antrim, Michigan. He formerly was employed by Du-Wel Products, Bangor, for 30 years, where he was a former union president. He formerly was a resident of Bellaire, Mich., and was a graduate of Bellaire High School.
Survivors include: his mother Edith Ball of Kalkaska; a sister Virginia Franke of Traverse City, Mich., and two brothers-Frank Severance Jr. of Florida and Bill Severance of Kalkaska.
