Livora May Baum, 74, Twin Fails, died this morning at her home after a short illness.
Born Feb. 2. 1901, in Panguitch, Utah. She came to Idaho in 1902 by wagon train. She lived in Idaho Falls prior to moving to Twin Falls in 1906. She married Earl Baum on Oct 1919. They moved to LaGrande, Ore., in 1923, where they lived until 1928 when they returned to Idaho.
They farmed in the Hazelton area from 1929 until 1971 when they moved to Twin Falls.
Mrs. Baum was past president of the American Warmothers and the American Legion Auxiliary and of the First Christian Church, both Twin Falls.
She is survived by her husband, one son. Glenn E. Baum and one sister: Mrs. Grant Kunkle, all of Twin Falls; four granddaughters, five step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by White Mortuary.
