Marcella Amburgey, 75, of Findlay, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 3, 1942, in Logan County, WV to the late Ross and Ruth (Waddell) Porter. She married John Amburgey on February 8, 1963, and he survives. Marcy is also survived by her son, Greg (Julie) Amburgey of Oblong, IL; her daughter, Kelli (John) Hunt of Findlay; her grandson, Johnathan (Taylor) Amburgey of Oblong, IL; granddaughters: Hannah Hunt of Baton Rouge, LA, Macie Hunt of Findlay, Grace and Faith Amburgey of Oblong, IL; her great-grandchildren: Jayden and Ashlyn Amburgey, both of Oblong, IL; her brother, Talmedge (Maggie) Waddell of Ashland, KY; and a special blessing, Ashley Butler of Findlay. Marcy retired from Marathon Pipe Line and was a graduate of Morehead State University. She was a member of Gateway Church. She also was instrumental with In The Potters Hand and Restoring The Foundations Ministries. Marcy's most cherished love on earth was her family. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 22, 2017, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, with Pastor Ben Borsay officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Madison Township. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 and 5:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
