Ms. Betty S. Tribble, age 61, passed away at her residence Tuesday, June 27, 2017. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newsom Funeral Home Chapel with an additional visitation on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Community Church of God in Charleston, MS from 1:00 p.m. until service time beginning 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Tribble was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and a retired factory worker.
Survivors include her five sisters Inez Shaw of Charleston, MS., Nellie (Billy) Early of Charleston, MS., Barbara (Nolan) Martin of Coffeeville, MS., Dorothy (Jim) Armstrong of Hattiesburg, MS., Patsy Simmons of Charleston, MS., two brothers Floyde (Connie) Simmons of Charleston, MS., and Donnie Simmons of Charleston, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband J.T. Tribble, her parents Ardie & Lillie Simmons, one sister Donna E. Fitzpatrick, three brothers Ardis, Cecil and Marvin Simmons.
