Her burial in Lincoln County is unknown. Most list her birth as being in Nashville, Davidson, Tennessee. I do not believe that to be the case, and instead believe she was born in Stokes County, North Carolina and immigrated to Nashville, Davidson, Tennessee with a brother, and maybe some other family members in about 1809/1810. There are no Jackson surnames appearing in any US Census in 1790, 1800, or 1810. The first Jackson's to appear on record in Tennessee were on the 1820 US Census. DNA evidence connects Elizabeth Jackson to both Samuel Jackson and Hannah Gibson.
