CHICKAMAUGA -- Lee Marie Pankey died Thursday, May 4, 2000, at her home.
She was 79. She was the mother of the late Norman D. Pankey Sr. and Carolyn Jane Pankey.

Survivors include her husband, the Rev. James Earl Pankey; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home in Chickamauga.

Burial will be in Anderson Cemetery.

Visitation will be today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
